Our handmade Mozz Sticks put us on the map.  Every batch is prepared with whole, honest ingredients: fresh garlic, parsley, and Pecorino Romano on the outside for that chewy, flavor-packed crust; and a life-saving amount of melty Wisconsin mozzarella give you that cheese-pull for days.  It's the recipe for the best party food ever, and now you can find them in more locations than ever: we are expanding our stadium partnerships in New York and beyond, and traveling around the country from our home bases in NYC and LA, to bring some Big Mozz goodness to you.  

HANDMADE FRESH MOZZARELLA

At our new location inside New York’s Chelsea Market, we use all local, grass-fed dairy to create our fresh mozzarella, which is stretched fresh to-order, and forms the centerpiece of our indoor menu. Our mozzarella is special because we work with incredible local producers to make a cultured mozzarella fresher than anything you’ve ever tasted. Come meet our chefs and learn all about the cheesemaking process, and try our life-changing mozzarella.

Mozzarella Making Classes

Join us virtually for a very Big Mozz experience, where you'll learn all about the art of cheesemaking, and create a mozzarella masterpiece of your own at home. We’ll ship all of the ingredients you need to make the world’s best fresh mozzarella.
